Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

I loveeeeeee chicken wings, so when I stumbled across this recipe it was something I had to try and SOON!

The chicken is very simple to make and you only need THREE ingredients. This chicken can be used for sandwiches, wraps, quesadillas, taquitos, and more!

Buffalo Chicken:

1 pack ranch mix

1 jar buffalo hot sauce – preferably frank’s

4-5 chicken breasts

Chopped celery and carrots (optional)

Directions:

Set crockpot to 6-8 hours.

Clean and rinse chicken. Place in crockpot.

Sprinkle ranch mix all over chicken.

Pour in the bottle of hot sauce.

Cover and cook for 6-8 hours.

Remove chicken and shred. Insert back into sauce and mix around.

Enjoy!

I told you it was simple and SOOOOOOO good!!

You could even add chopped celery and carrots since those pair well with buffalo sauce and you would be getting some veggies.

I made buffalo chicken sandwiches with this. Buns, cheese, and chicken. Optional adds: Cole Slaw or Lettuce/Tomato.

They were amazingly good and my husband couldn’t get enough. He ate 3 of them!!

With super bowl coming up these would make great sliders…

  1. This sounds yummy! We don’t do a lot of spicy in our house but ever once in a while you just want something hot. I’ll keep this one in mind for those days.
