Get your House Holiday Ready with CLR Products!

I love having my home sparkling clean, but it’s not always easy to keep up with when I have a very active 2 year old running around. When I do get cleaning done I like to use quality products that will help get my cleaning done quickly, but efficiently. With the Holidays coming up I want our home to be extra clean since we will have visitors.

I’ve always heard of CLR cleaning products from the TV commercials, but I had never tried them until recently. I was sent several of the CLR products and was thoroughly impressed. They got all of my cleaning jobs done and quickly!

CLR Bath & Kitchen Cleaner – Quickly cuts through calcium, lime and hard water deposits, soap scum, dulling film and dirt. Used on: Ceramic Tile, Shower Doors, Sinks, Bathtubs, White Grout and Caulk, Toilet Bowls, Fiberglass, Shower Head Fixtures, Kitchen Counter Tops. Contains no phosphates, ammonia or bleach. The fast-acting and powerful foam spray formulated to make short work of stubborn dirt, calcium, lime, hard water stains and soap scum.

I use this on my counters, kitchen sink, and bathroom. I have a stainless steal sink and there are often white rings or spots on the sink. I always just used soap and water to clean the sink, but using the Bath & Kitchen cleaner has made a big difference. My sink is sparkling clean now.

CLR Metal Cleaner – CLR Metal Clear is a mild-abrasive and versatile multipurpose cleanser. Cleans and shines: Chrome, Porcelain, Stainless Steal, Aluminum, Granite, Enamel, Corian, and Laminate Counter Tops. Mild-abrasive formula cleans without scratching. Polishes and shines stainless steel sinks, porcelain fixtures, granite counter tops and more! Cleans tough cooked on food stains from cookware bottoms. Keeps your chrome or aluminum hub caps and wheels looking like new.

I used this on the drip pans on my stove. I put gloves on to use the product (per package directions), put a generous amount of cleaner on my pans, let it sit for a couple minutes and then washed off. My drip pans look sparkling new and cleaned fairly quickly. The last time I tried to clean my drip pans I couldn’t get all the caked on stuff off, so I ended up tossing them and buying new ones. Now that I have this cleaner I’ll just be cleaning them going forward!

Tarn-X Jewelery Cleaner – Tarn-X Jewelry Cleaner is specially formulated to give your most precious jewelry a professional sparkle. Cleans and Shines: Gold, Silver, Platinum, Diamonds, and Precious Stones. Specially formulated to give your most precious jewelry a professional sparkle. Self-contained cleaning system includes a special brush and jewelry basket with ring post.  Removes film and buildup from rings, necklaces, bracelets and more.

I like to clean my wedding rings every couple months to remove any buildup and to get them sparkling like new again. I tested out the Tarn-X Jewelry Cleaner on my wedding rings and cleaned them per the directions. Within a couple minutes my rings were clean and sparkling like NEW! It removed any buildup and grime in between the stones , on the bands, and left the diamonds very sparkly.

CLR Power Plumber- CLR Power Plumber Pressurized Drain Opener unclogs drains in seconds! Clears even the toughest clogs instantly. Won’t harm sound plumbing. 15 applications in one 4.5 oz. can environmentally safe. Non-Toxic. Contains no harsh acids, additives or lye. Contains no CFC’s. Made in the USA. Comes with a full money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.

Ever since we moved into our home, the bathroom sink has drained really slow and if you leave the water running the sink backs up. I’ve used other drain clog removers and non of them have gotten it draining quicker. I decided to put Power Plumber to the test and the results were great! The power plumber is easy to use. I do recommend reading ALL of the directions. I forgot to cover the overflow opening when I tried to use Power Plumber on my sink the first time and ended up with water sprayed ALL over the bathroom sink and mirror. The Second time I made sure to cover the overflow really well and two pumps later my drain was draining like new. I love that there are no harsh chemicals, no pouring and waiting 15 – 30 minutes, and having to rinse with HOT water.  Just pump and go! It was so easy to use and worked GREAT!

I am always leery about “As seen on TV” products, but the CLR products proved to be great. They all lived up to their names and worked great! The best part was that there are no harsh chemical smells while cleaning. Whether your cleaning for the Holidays or cleaning to have a clean house, I recommend adding the CLR family to your cleaning product supply!
