The one thing I love about Bertolli frozen meals is the quality of the food. You get fresh, big chunks of meat, yummy sauces, and crisp, delicious vegetables. I had never had risotto before trying the Bertolli frozen risottos, but I was impressed. I made the Garlic Shrimp Risotto for my husband, since I don’t eat seafood, and he said it was good with lots of flavor. I tested out the Roasted Chicken & Mushroom Risotto and it was packed full of flavor, had big chunks of chicken, and hearty chunks of green veggies and mushrooms. The Bertolli frozen meals are done within in a matter of minutes and are great quality and delicious. There is no prep work, ingredients to add (Other then water for the soup), or meals to plan. Just toss it in a pot and cook. Dinner is ready quickly and the family will have a hot, hearty, and delicious meal. You can even throw together a quick salad while your risotto or soup is cooking and/or heat some bread and you have a complete meal.
