To say my toddler has an obsession with blocks would be an understatement. Blocks are one of her favorite toys. She loves to stack them, build with them, and do all kinds of other pretend play with blocks. When we were sent the Safety 1st Cubikals Stack’n Play School Block Set I knew my daughter would love them and boy was I right because she hasn’t stopped playing with them.
I like that the Cubikals aren’t like other blocks she has. The open square shape is different from other blocks we own and they have objects inside of them such as letters, shapes, people, and various other things. The blocks allow her to build, but also learn in the process. They are the perfect size for her small hands and the objects inside are secured in firmly so I don’t think she would be able to break them out. The blocks are made of great quality and have vibrant colors.
Beyond your basic blocks and play figures, the Safety 1st Cubikals Stack ‘n Play 12-Block Set – School are versatile, collectible playthings that encourage role play, stacking and sorting. Little fingers love ‘em! This themed, 12-block set includes 10 standard Cubikals blocks and two super-cool spinner blocks featuring images that advance the set’s educational theme. Part of the Cubikals Play System, these blocks work with all Cubikals sets.
Did I mention the objects inside the blocks spin? Pretty cool, right? The blocks are great for ages 6+ months and help with coordination, imagination, and learning shapes & colors. My daughter is all about using her imagination in play and I often find her lining the Cubikals into a straight line and pushing them across the living room screaming “CHOO CHOO!”
Cubikals are available online at Toys R’ Us or Amazon.com.
