Beef Stroganoff is one of my favorite comfort foods and this recipe doesn’t disappoint!
Great for a cold day or any day, your family will be asking for more…
Ingredients: 2lbs beef stew meat 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c sour cream 1/2 c beef broth 1 tsp salt2 tsp black pepper
2-3 cloves of crushed garlic 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp flour Directions: Place beef stew meat in slow cooker. In a bowl mix cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, salt and pepper together. Whisk together very well and pour over meat. In a separate bowl whisk beef broth into flour, making sure to get out all the lumps. Once mixed together and lump free pour into slow cooker. Give everything a good stir and cook 6-8 hours. Right before serving stir in sour cream. Serve over white rice or pasta Enjoy! This meal heats up well the next day and also freezes well! *I never measure anything when I cook. I always cook by sight and my tastes. Adjust seasonings to your liking.

Well, I 'm not much on these kind of meals-- but I have to admit I think this is going to be a winner in our house--we will be trying it soon
