Remember last week when I told you World Market was moving locations and having a Grand Re-Opening weekend of events? Well the time has come and they’ve re-opened! I was so excited that I had to go check out the new store and of course load up on some wonderful goodies!
Here’s a recap of the events in case you don’t remember! Make sure you stop by and check it out and if your a World Market explorer, make sure to use that handy 25% off coupon!
- Saturday 2/2/13 – Sunday 3/3/13 World Market will be giving away Free Tote Bags for the first 200 customers each day. There will also be Free Tastings and Live Entertainment on Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 1PM to 4PM.There will be daily raffle drawings. Prizes include $100 WMGC and Gift Baskets
- Saturday 3/2/13 World Market Passport Giveaway: Customers can shop their way to fun freebies, including 2 free tickets to an exclusive OZ THE GREAT AND POWERFUL in IMA 3D pre-release movie screening and $20 in concession stand gift cards. Hurry in while supplies last!
- Sunday 3/3 Between 10am – 12pm ALICE Radio will be doing Radio Remote and giving away concert tickets to Bon Jovi and World Market gift cards! Only happening at the Skyline Plaza: 770 S. Colorado Blvd & E Ohio Avenue
Now I want to share with you about the store and the goodies I loaded up on! The new location is fairly close to the old Cherry Creek Location in Skyline Plaza at 770 S. Colorado Blvd & E Ohio Avenue. It was easy to find, but parking was kind of a pain. The new location is in a busy shopping center and there wasn’t tons of parking, but I think part of this was due to the fact that everyone was so excited about the store re-opening. I walked inside and was greeted with all of the lovely goodies World Market holds. I have to say that I really liked the new store. It’s much more open, spacious, and brighter then the previous store. I knew the old store like the back of my hand, so I hard to learn where everything was in the new store, but I quickly adapted and loaded up my cart.
Totally drooling over this living room furniture & decor setup. I wonder if I can get them to come decorate my living room??
One of the best things about World Market is the seasonal goodies! They had lots of cute Easter items and I even found a rack full of St. Patrick’s Day items. I had to pick up the Soda Bread mix, to eat with our corn beef on St. Patty’s day!
More drool worthy items. I fell in love with these Victorian Mirrors. If only I had somewhere to hang them in our home and how cute is that cookie jar??
The toddler squealed in delight over this bag of Thomas the Train pasta! I guess I’ll be making some Thomas the Train Mac n Cheese soon!
I have this obsession with kitchen items. I love them, especially if they’re cute. Now if only I had more room in my kitchen…
My kitchen table was in need of a spring redo so these new napkins and placemats were the perfect thing. I’m loving the vibrant colors and floral pattern. The yellow baking dish is going to be VERY busy. It’s the perfect size for a small casserole and I already know the first thing I’ll be testing out in it, so stay tuned this weekend for a new recipe! I also picked up some mason jars since they’re perfect for flavored water. Not only are they beyond cute, but I can get up in the morning and load them up with lemons or whatever else I want to flavor my water with, fill with water, and then let them chill in the fridge. All I’ll have to do is take it out and drink! Easy Peasy!!
