Nest Denver Baby in Kids Boutique + Semi Annual Sale!

Nest is Denver’s premier neighborhood boutique for children ages 0-12 years for girls and 0-8 years for boys. They offer distinctive, whimsical clothing as well as curated gifts and novel community programming. Their brands are inspired by kids who like to express, explore and create, and we are proud to be the city’s only locally-owned source for the Tea Collection. Nest is a destination store for parents who want to go beyond the internet to see and touch merchandise, and beyond chains and big box stores for unique yet practical clothing and gifts. At Nest, they emphasize affordability, community and customer service to help nurture your child from crib to classroom.

I was recently invited to shop at Nest. They have two locations in Denver, one near Cherry Creek and the other in Larmier Square. We visited the Cherry Creek location and it was very easy to find with parking right out front. My daughter and I walked in and were quickly greeted by two very nice girls and the owner, Caroline. Caroline is a mom of three, the owner of Nest, and super sweet. We chatted for a bit and then the toddler and I got down to business shopping.

Upon walking in the store I loved the feel of it. It has a boutique feel and is full of cuter kids clothes, shoes, toys, and accessories. Everything is has a place in the store and the store was nicely put together, not too cramped or messy. I prefer to shop on my own and ask questions if I have one and the staff was ok with that and let me be to shop, but would come and check on my every once in a while to make sure I was doing ok or to see if I needed any help. This isn’t your average big box store and I really loved that. The clothes aren’t something that you see in every other store. They’re fun, colorful, and allow your child to express themselves. With brands such as Tea Collection, Decaf Plush, Junk Food, Splendid, and many many more.

This is the kind of store you can get lost shopping in and I don’t see how you can be there for a short period of time since there are so many adorable clothes to browse through. While you’re shopping, Nest has toys for your child to play with and even has kid friendly snacks. Talk about customer service! My daughter loves to shop, but she loves to play and eat even more, so being able to play with toys and enjoy a snack while I shopped around was like heaven for her and I have to admit it was nice not having her pulling things off racks or roaming around the store.

Nest has something for every budget and is great for picking up new clothes for your kids or a gift for someone else. If you’re not too sure about what you’re looking for the staff is very helpful about helping you shop and even gives tips on how to style outfits and getting them to last for more then one season, like adding leggings and cardigans to dresses, so they can be worn during fall and winter. Starting on July 6th through 28th Nest is kicking off their Clearance Sale where you can get items for 30-50% off so make sure you stop by, check it out, and pick up a few things for the kids! I know I found a new favorite kids clothing store to shop at and full plan on going back once we find out the gender of our newest little one to pick up some stuff…
