Being a mom is exhausting, being with little ones running around is even more exhausting. Since I’m now 33 weeks pregnant and have a 1 year old and 5 year old running around some days I feel like I don’t have enough energy to function and wish for more sleep. While my whole pregnancy has been pretty tiring on me, the third trimester has been even worse and I am so thankful I discovered the products made by healthy mama®.

The healthy mama® Boost it Up protein energy drink is a a specially formulated energy drink for pregnant & nursing mamas. It’s just what I need to give me a little pick me up during the day and it’s caffeine free which is a great thing for pregnant and nursing moms. I just love that healthy mama® formulated a whole line of products with pregnant and nursing moms in mind and they their Boost it Up drink is also free of preservatives, artificial flavors, corn syrup and gluten.
I also picked up some of their Tame the Flame heartburn relief tablets since one of the worst things I’ve dealt with this pregnancy is heartburn. It’s been pretty brutal and finding a new, pregnancy approved product, to help tame it has made this mama very happy!
