Banana Pudding Ice Cream

This banana pudding ice cream recipe uses just 6 simple ingredients to make a no-churn ice cream recipe. It combines the classic flavors of banana pudding like vanilla pudding, bananas, and nilla wafers.

Now let’s get started on making our homemade banana pudding ice cream. Our banana pudding ice cream recipe with no eggs or added sugar.

Tips for Making Banana Pudding Ice Cream

  • If you prefer a lighter banana flavor switch the banana pudding mix for vanilla pudding mix.
  • You do not need to prepare the pudding mix as it directs on the box. You’re only using the powder.
  • If given about 10-15 minutes to thaw after being pulled from the freezer, this ice cream will be much easier to scoop.
  • Lasts the same as any other ice cream you buy from the store, so treat it that way.
  • Your heavy cream does not need to form stiff peaks (it most likely won’t with the added milk). You just need it thickened. I usually mix for 5 minutes and call it good.

How to Store Homemade Banana Pudding Ice Cream

You’ll want to store your no-churn ice cream in a freezer-safe, air-tight container in the freezer. These ice cream tubs are perfect for storing your homemade ice cream.
