While I grabbed all of my supplies from the Dollar Tree you can find most of these supplies at other craft stores, Walmart, or Amazon. The only thing that might be tricky to find is the bunny wreath form. You can find those on Amazon though.

How to Make a Dollar Tree Farmhouse Bunny Wreath

To make your Easter bunny wreath you’re going to need:

  • Bunny Wreath Form (Amazon)
  • Nautical rope x 4 (Amazon)
  • Black Buffalo Plaid Fabric
  • Flowers + Greenery
  • Glue Gun + Glue Sticks
  • Scissors

How to assemble Farmhouse Bunny Wreath

Take your bunny wreath form and glue the end of the rope to the back of the wreath form. Then tightly wrap the rope around the circle part of the wreath form.

When you get to the end of the rope glue the end to the backside of the wreath form. If the end stops on the front side then glue to the back and cut off the excess piece of rope. Repeat with 1-2 more packs of rope. I wound mine tightly together and used 3 ropes for the circle part.

Then you are going to follow the same steps for the ears. Wrap the rope around the ears, leaving the center part open. I used one rope for both ears.

Flip the wreath over and cut a piece of fabric bigger than the ear and hot glue it to the back of the ear, with the plaid colors facing down.

Cut the excess fabric off around the ears.

Attach greenery and flowers below the ears on the bunny head with hot glue. I used flowers and greenery I had on hand already (they were purchased from Michael’s). You can use Dollar Tree flowers or flowers from somewhere else.

Attach a piece of rope made into a loop on the back of the wreath so you have something to hang it by.
