Have you seen the viral Pilsbury pumpkin sugar cookies on TikTok? I had to give them a try and they’re so delicious! Pilsbury Pumpkin Cookie Dough and Pilsbury Pumpkin Sugar Cookies combine into an easy pumpkin sugar cookie.
While this version uses pumpkin cookie dough, you could substitute it for chocolate chip cookie dough or another kind of dough. You can also swap out the pumpkin sugar cookies for the ghosts or regular sugar cookie dough.
Pumpkin Sugar Cookies
There isn’t a whole lot that goes into making these pumpkin sugar cookies. It’s as simple as opening a package, placing cookie dough on top of each other, and baking!
To store your cookies once done – let them cool and store them in an airtight container for a few days on the counter. I don’t think they’ll last that long though. They’re delicious, especially when warm and gooey!
You’ll need:
- Pumpkin Shape Sugar Cookie Dough, 1 package
- Pumpkin Cookie Dough, 1 package
How to Make Pumpkin Sugar Cookies
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place pumpkin cookie dough on a baking sheet, evenly spaced out.
Place the sugar cooking dough over the pumpkin dough and press the sugar cookie dough into the pumpkin cookie dough.
You will have extra sugar cookie dough. You can cook those separately or save them for later. I like to freeze them and cook them at a later time as an after-school treat for the kids.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
I baked mine for 15 minutes and they came out perfectly. Gooey in the center, crisp edges, and oh so delicious!
These make a great after-school snack, holiday treats, movie night snack, classroom party treat, and more!
