This spring-inspired charcuterie board is made with fruits and veggies. It’s easy to assemble and perfect for any Easter, Mother’s Day, or Tea Party gathering. Mix up your fruits and veggies or even add some meats and cheeses.

This Veggie charcuterie board will the star of your appetizer table and can be made to fit your likes. Use different fruits, veggies, and dips to meet what you like or the theme of your party.

How to Make a Flower Charcuterie Board

With this charcuterie board fruits and veggies are made into the shape of flowers for a fun Spring Charcuterie board. However, you could also add other items like meats and cheeses.

What to Add to a Charcuterie Board:

  • Edible Flowers
  • Veggies: Celery, Bell Pepper, Cucumber, Radish, Snap Peas, Broccoli, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, and more.
  • Fruits: Strawberries, Oranges, Bananas, Apples, Cherries, Kiwi Grapes, and more.
  • Nuts & Seeds
  • Meats: Add some Salami Roses to your Flower Charcuterie Board
  • Cheese
  • Dips – Ranch Dip, Yogurt Dip, Marshmallow Dip (for fruit), Tzatziki Dip, and more.
  • Olives
  • Crackers or Bread: Like these butterfly crackers
  • Yogurt Covered Pretzels

Ingredients for Spring Charcuterie Board

Here is what you’ll need to make your spring charcuterie board:

  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup whipped garlic & herb cream cheese
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3 celery ribs
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 broccoli head
  • 1/2 cup yogurt covered raisins (about 4 small boxes)
  • 1/2 cup Chex mix
  • 6 large strawberries, halved
  • 3 cups baby carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm Golden Butter crackers

How to Assemble Flower Charcuterie Board

Place the celery and round 3.5 oz bowls down first

Fill the bowls with the 3 dips – ranch, cream cheese, and yogurt

Slice baby carrots to fit around the two outside bowls creating flowers

Slice the strawberries in half, slice off the back side to make them lay flat

Create two rows of the sliced strawberries

Add dried cranberries down the center stalk of celery

Layer sugar snap peas across the bottom for grass

Add in a few small pieces of broccoli

Fill square bowls with chex mix and yogurt-covered raisins

Place butterfly crackers along the outside

Add is other fruits, veggies, meats, and cheeses as desired. Salami Roses would be great for this!

Tip: To save time grab a veggie snack pack from the store and arrange it. You may need a few more carrots but it works great.

You can make your Spring Charcuterie Board a few hours in advance and store it in the fridge covered. Pull it out when you’re ready to serve!
