Frozen S’mores Ingredients:
Chocolate Pudding – This is your chocolate layer for your s’mores. Cool, Creamy, and Chocolatey
Milk – used to make the pudding
Graham Crackers – Used for the bottom and top of your S’mores bars. This your outside layer on your ice cream sandwiches.
Marshmallow Creme – aka Marshmallow Fluff. This is used as your marshmallow layer and is creamy, sticky, and delicious.
Cream Cheese – Mixed into the marshmallow creme for extra creaminess
Whipped Topping – mixed into the chocolate pudding to make the pudding lighter and creamier. It also helps the pudding hold its shape while frozen.
How to Make Frozen S’mores
Prepare a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
In a medium size mixing bowl whisk milk and pudding mix until smooth and fully combined. Pour the pudding mixture into a 9×13 pan and spread evenly.
In a medium bowl, beat marshmallow cream and cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold the whipped topping into the marshmallow mixture.
Spread the marshmallow layer over the chocolate pudding layer. Cover with foil
Freeze for about 6 hours, until firm enough to cut through the layers.
Remove smores mix from the pan using the parchment paper.
Break graham crackers in half. Slice smores layers into 15 squares so they are the same size as the graham crackers. I found it easiest to lay the graham crackers on top of the frozen layers and cut using the cracker as a guide for the size.
These are best stored in the freezer. Enjoy!
How to Store Frozen S’mores
Store frozen s’mores in an airtight container for up to 3 months in the freezer. It’s best to individually wrap them in plastic wrap or parchment paper and place them in a Ziploc bag or storage container.
Can I use different Graham Crackers?
Yes! Use any flavor that you like such as honey, cinnamon, or chocolate graham crackers.
How do I serve Frozen S’mores?
Pull them out of the freezer and enjoy, but it’s best to let them sit out for about 15 minutes prior to eating so they can soften a little.
Can I make Frozen S’mores ahead of time
Yes! For ultimate freshness, I would make them up to 24 hours prior to serving. Store them in the freezer until ready to serve.
