My Daughters closet has been out of control for awhile now. When the colder weather hit, I went through her clothes and took out all the summer items. They WERE placed in trash bags, but then she got into them and the clothes ended up everywhere. Not only did she create a huge mess, but the bags couldn’t withstand the weight of the clothes and started tearing and ripping. I finally hunkered down and decided to clean her closet and this time I put Glad Trash Bags to the test…
I was able to clean her whole closet out and used only Glad ForceFlex Bags. Two large bags later and her closet was cleaned out and I had clothes ready to be donated. I love that the ForceFlex bags are able to hold a lot of her clothes and when I lugged them out to the car they didn’t rip, tear, or pull apart like other bags I have used in the past. They were able to hold all the weight of the clothes and shoes with no issue!
Wild and Crazy Moment
With the Holidays quickly approaching the messes tend to pile up. From cooking to gift opening, there is always a pile of trash and I know I’ll be able to tackle them with ease thanks to the help of Glad Bags. Christmas is always a CRAZY time, especially since I tend to buy way too many gifts. There are always boxes, bows, and paper thrown all around the living room and it’s a huge mess to clean up, but this year I’m not worried about the mess since Glad Bags have proven to be strong.
Favorite Things
- Large sizes can handle big trash loads – they sure can! I am able to fit so much in the bags and they held together like a champ!
- Glad® ForceFlex® bag’s Diamond Texture stretches to prevent rips and tears – even with the heavy weight of clothes and shoes, the bags never broke or tore. This makes me happy!

WIth a 3yr old and a 6 yr old, the closets here can get really messy and cluttery. We could use glad bags to clear the messes.

My closets could use that. Costco/Kirkland brand bags are good, too.
