Watermelon Fries with Creamy Citrus Dip Ingredients

– ½ medium watermelon - cut into matchsticks – ½ cup plain Greek yogurt – 1 teaspoon lime zest – 1 lime juiced – 1 Tablespoon honey – 3 mint leaves, finely minced – Tajin or chili powder and salt, to taste

How to Cut Watermelon Sticks

Cut the watermelon in half. Place the cut side down on a cutting board. Cut straight down to remove the rind and make it into a square watermelon piece. Once the rind is removed, cut ⅓ to ½ inch slices down. Then cut thin slices from each piece.

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, zest, lime juice, honey and mint leaves. Mix well. Place the watermelon on a serving plate and sprinkle with the Tajin or a little bit of salt and chili powder if desired. Serve with the creamy dip. Enjoy!
