Super Baby Food is a #1 best selling baby food book, by Ruth Yaron. It’s used by Kourtney Kardashian and has been featured on the Martha Stewart Show. It’s sold over 500,000 copies and is definitely a must have book for any mom!
I was given the opportunity to review Super Baby Food. When I first got the book I thought “What am I going to do with this book, I have a toddler now”, but upon reading the book I discovered it not only has baby food recipes, but toddler recipes, tips, craft ideas, and so much more.
It covers every topic from timelines for introducing foods to your baby, nutrition tables for baby-sized portions, to safe cleaning alternatives and ideas for parties, crafts, and games.
Now that my daughter is no longer a baby this book still comes in handy and provides lots of useful information. It has a play dough recipe and many other craft ideas, like filling a spray bottle with water and food coloring and letting kids spray paint snow.
It has lots of great recipes, like a mini jelly roll for toddlers. It also provides tips such as saving the crust from your bread and making bread crumbs.
This book covers everything for the first 3 years of your child’s life. I am excited to be using it with my toddler and at the opportunity to use it to make baby food for our future kids.
It’s not only great for first time parents, but any parent and would make a great baby shower gift!
