It’s very rare that my husband is home for dinner, since he works the afternoon shift, so when he is I like to make it a little special.
To make our meal special we sit at the table as a family, put our cellphones away, light some candles, and talk over dinner.

The Bertolli Soup cooks in about 15 minutes.
Toss it in a pot, add 1 cup of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes! Simple and Easy!
Get creative with your soup. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top, serve with warm bread, and a fresh salad. You’ll have a complete healthy and hearty meal.
To make your meal extra specia have some wine, Light some candles, or use the “good” dishes. Whether your eating alone, with your kids, or your significant other it’s always nice to have a special meal during a busy week. It gives you something to look forward to and a way to relax!

The Chicken Minestroni soup was VERY good. It was restaurant quality, but in my own home. It had big fresh chunks of veggies, big chunks of chicken, and was packed full of flavor. The robust flavors and rich textures will leave you wanting more…
My husband and I both loved the soup and commented right away that it was very good. It was the perfect size for the both of us and our toddler even ate some. Even she couldn’t get enough…

My hubby is also rarely home for dinner because of work, so I try to make it special too, when he is! That soup sounds delish!
