{About}

Spongeables® Pedi-Scrub™ is the best thing to happen to feet since Manolo. One side is soft and gentle, infused with soap and aromatic botanicals to leave feet clean, fresh and sweet smelling. But the other side is where the action is. It’s pure bliss.  Made to buff away dry, rough skin on heels and soles, shine up the toenails, and exfoliate dry skin, Pedi-Scrub’s scrubby-texture provides a stimulating massage that revives tired feet and leaves them tingling. The perfect antidote to stiletto pumps!

Two appealing fragrance choices — aromatic Lavender & Tea Tree Oil (pink Pedi-Scrub™), or revitalizing Citron-Eucalyptus (green Pedi-Scrub™), provide a touch of aromatherapy rejuvenation, leaving a hint of clean, herbal freshness on the skin.

If there is one thing I love it’s pedicures, but I only get them once a month and look for ways to keep my feet pedicure fresh in between appointments. Since moving to Denver my feet get extra dry and rough so taking care of them is a priority.

When I came across Spongeables I was excited to try it. I picked the PINK – Lavender and Tea Tree Oil spongeable and it arrived within a few days. I was eager to put my spongeable to work since I had a pedicure the week prior.

Upon opening my package I could smell my spongeable right away. It had a nice strong lavender smell (it was not overwhelming). I used my spongeable in the shower and it lathered up nicely, but the true test was if it could take care of the dryness that was starting to show up. I lathered up my feet with the soft soapy side and scrubbed them with the scrubby side. The scrubby side did a good job of removing the dead skin and rough spots while the soapy side did a good job in moisturizing and cleaning my feet. It left my feet feeling refreshed and relaxed, while my shower had a nice sweet aromatic smell of lavender. The scrubby side did leave the tops of my feet a little red, but it went away quickly.

I would recommend sitting down while using the soapy side or being extremely careful since it does make your feet slippery. The Pedi Scrub Spongeable is good for up to 20 washes. I have used mine several times and still have a lot of the spongeable left…

I’ve always used traditional pumice stones, but I am now going to keep a spongeable on hand instead.
