Week 2 was a big of a challenge for me. I had a hard time sticking to my NS meals, but I still managed to lose 1 pound this week.
Between the Basketball game we went to, our day trip to CA where I had to have a REAL burrito, and my husband wanting to go out to dinner, which is a rare occasion, I had a hard time staying on track. I know I could have done better and chose better meals, but I didn’t and I only have myself to blame. Next week is a new week and I plan on getting back on track and starting a new workout routine which I will share with you all!

I start next week & that is my biggest concern- that I won't be able to stick to the plan enough. But for you to still be down a pound is fantastic! :)

don't worry my first 3 weeks were a wash and in the next 5 i lost 10lbs ..you can do this!
