Tom’s of Maine Silly Strawberry Toothpaste – Review!

Sharing is caring!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Tom’s of Maine for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I was sent the Tom’s of Maine Anticavity Silly Strawberry Kids Toothpaste to review and couldn’t be happier with it. Oral hygiene is a big deal and it’s important that you start when your kids are young so you get them used to brushing, create good habits, and prepare them to have healthy teeth.

When looking for a toothpaste for my kids I want something that is all natural and good for their teeth. Tom’s of Maine Anticavity Silly Strawberry toothpaste is the first and only natural kids’ toothpaste to earn the American Dental Association’s Seal of Acceptance for cavity prevention. With no artificial dyes or sweeteners, Silly Strawberry Toothpaste has real strawberry flavor derived from strawberry extracts and other natural flavors. It’s an all around good toothpaste for your little ones teeth!

Part of our nightly routine is to brush teeth before bed. I have to do most of the brushing for my toddler but I also like to let her “try” and brush her teeth as well. We used the Silly strawberry toothpaste and it was a huge hit! The whole time my daughter was brushing her teeth she kept saying MMMM! There was no fighting or squirming while trying to brush her teeth and this made brushing so much easier and painless. She loves the Tom’s of Maine toothpaste and I love that’s its good for her and free of artificial sweeteners and dyes that other brands can have.

From now on when I purchase toothpaste for the kids I will be looking for something that is all natural with no artificial dyes or sweeteners.

Tom’s of Maine is giving away a free sample of their Silly Strawberry toothpaste to 1,300 people. So make sure you stop by and register for a chance to get a sample!

Need some tips on getting your kids to brush their teeth? Check out some of these great tips from Saveyoursmile.com!

  • Engage your children in the brushing and make it seem like brushing is a fun thing to do rather than a chore. Your enthusiasm is contagious! If you are enthusiastic about the activity, your children will be enthusiastic.

   •    Brush along with your kids to show them how fun the activity can be. Sit with your child on the bathroom floor so he/she can see what you’re doing with the toothbrush and try to mimic.

   •    Allow your children to brush your teeth while laughing a lot and making it a fun activity. Then allow them to brush their own teeth. Always allow them to brush their own teeth and then follow up by brushing their teeth correctly.

•    Have your child brush their favorite doll’s teeth before you brush theirs.
