Sharing is caring!

Udi’s Gluten-Free has delicious products that will fill your stomach and warm your soul. The flavor and texture of Udi’s Gluten Free breads, buns, bagels, muffins, cookies and granolas are so good their fans have been known to cry with joy!

I didn’t know much about gluten free foods before I was contacted by Udi’s to put together a weeks worth of gluten free lunches. I took to the almighty internet to learn a little about it. I learned that the main cause for eating a gluten free diet is celiac disease, but I also learned that eating a gluten free diet can can have a variety of health benefits, such as improving cholesterol levels, promoting digestive health, and increasing energy levels.

I understand that it can be hard on kids who have on a gluten free diet, especially when it comes to school lunches. They see their friends eating cookies, cake, and other gluten filled foods and they can feel left out. This is where Udi’s comes in. They offer a line of breads, cookies, muffins, granola, brownies, and pizza that are all gluten free and delicious.

A week’s worth of Gluten Free lunches:

Monday – Turkey & Cheese on white sandwich bread, yogurt, and fruit.

Tuesday – PB&J on Millet Chia Bread, Pretzel’s, and apple slices.

Wednesday – Egg Salad on white sandwich bread, chocolate chip cookies, and carrots w/ ranch.

Thursday – Tuna Salad on millet chia bread, snicker doodle cookies, and fruit.

Friday – Udi’s pepperoni pizza. (This is frozen so you would need a microwave or to cook it before hand. Cold pizza is always yummy!)

Let me just say… I don’t live a gluten free diet, but the Udi’s products I was sent were delicious! I was expecting the Udi’s products to have a big taste and texture difference, but it was very minimal. I plan on buying the bread and cookies and using them on a regular basis. The cookies had a slight taste difference from traditional cookies and I wish they had more chocolate chips. Besides that they were soft and very delicious. With the bread I noticed no taste difference from traditional bread and liked it very much.
