I was sent some of the Konsyl Original formula along with the shaker cup. Konsyl is best served when it’s shaken into water, juices, teas, lemonades, citrus drinks, or crystal light. It’s best NOT to mix Konsyl into carbonated beverages since the shaking can make them explode. I know I don’t get the recommended amount of fiber each day, so being able to add Konsyl to my drinks had been a great way for me to get it. Not only can you mix it into drinks, but you can add it to some of your favorite recipes. Since using Konsyl I have noticed an improvement in my bowl health and I love that I can’t taste it when mixed into drinks.
