Little Mommy Doctor Mommy Doll

Sharing is caring!

My toddler is finally at the age where she wants to play with dolls and babies and I am excited because this is one of the joys of having a little girl. I’m always on the lookout for new dolls she might like and when I saw the Little Mommy Doctor Mommy Doll I knew we had a winner because not only does she like dolls, but one of her favorite cartoons is a little girl who fixes her broke dolls and toys. She has a play stethoscope and I often find her around the house listening to her dolls, the hubby, and me.

This adorable interactive doll offers young girls lots of nurturing fun. When kids give this baby checkups with the included medical instruments, the Little Mommy Doctor Doll responds with cute sounds and phrases. Girls will enjoy teaching their doll to be a big girl, just like them, and moms will love that the doll helps girls feel more comfortable about visiting the doctor.

“Sick” Doll Teaches Children to Nurture

The Doctor Doll may be sick, but her mommy can use the medical instruments to make her feel all better. The doll responds, allowing young girls to realistically play the role of a doctor.

Medical Instruments Let Kids Conduct Full Checkups

Give this doll a name tag to identify her as a patient, and then examine her to see what’s wrong. Check if she has a fever by using the ear thermometer. It goes from a happy face to a sad face with the click of a button. The doll’s forehead also glows red to indicate that she has a temperature. Girls can listen to her heart with the stethoscope or check her reflexes with the knee hammer. Her leg really kicks!

To help baby get well, give her a shot with the syringe, treat her “boo-boos” with the pink bandage, and “cure” her with the working medicine dropper. When baby’s better, pack everything neatly in the doctor’s kit until next time.

Doll Responds to Care

Adding to the realistic play, Doctor Doll responds with multiple sounds and phrases. She indicates she’s sick by coughing, sniffling, and saying, “Mommy, I have a tummy ache.” When you put the tongue depressor to her mouth, she says “Ahhh,” and she giggles “That’s cold” in response to the stethoscope.

Review:

The doll comes with a whole doctor kit and my toddler loves checking her out, fixing her boo boo’s, and making her feel all better and she gets a kick out of all the sounds the doll makes. I love that the set comes with a case for all of the doctor tools so I can put them up when she is done playing and I don’t have to worry about her losing some of the pieces. It’s great at teaching her to care for others, how to fix boo boo’s, and how to examine and name body parts. All in All it’s a great doll for any little girl 3+ years and is sure to provide many hours of enjoyment!
