Last week I announced that I was going to be an Omron Fitness Ambassador. Starting today through February 10th. Each Sunday I’ll post weekly updates on my progress, weight loss, and whatever else is going through my cookie deprived mind.
Since this is the first week I don’t have a weight loss update, but I can tell you my goals. Each day I’ll be wearing my Omron 323-U Pedometer. It tracks the amount of steps I take each day and I am working towards a goal of 10,000+ steps each day and I would like to drop 20lbs during this challenge. I’ll be weighing in on my Omron 510W Scale and at the end of this whole deal I’ll share with you my starting and final weight. I’ll be working out and eating healthier to help achieve my goals. So far both gadgets are easy to use and I’m loving them. If you’re trying to lose weight and get healthy I really recommend getting them…
Since I’m going to be eating healthier that means lots of new recipes which I plan on sharing with all of you and if you have any recommendations leave them below. I am always open to new suggestions for healthy and delicious meals and snacks! Lots of water, fruits, veggies, chicken, and turkey are in my new healthier diet and I want this to last longer then just the 30 days I am in this challenge for. I encourage all of you to join along with me. Update me weekly when I update you and we can do this together!!

Good luck...I just found like 10 minutes ago a free boot camp at a local park 3x a week for 45mins. Trying to muster up the courage to go

If you get cookie cravings, maybe eat a square of dark chocolate? I eat the 85% and 90% Lindt and it doesn't have much sugar in it, so I am satisfied with less of it (sometimes. lol other times I eat the whole bar)
