Having a baby can be pretty stressful, especially if you’re a first time parent. There are so many products to choose from and so many things you need that shopping can become overwhelming. Thankfully many stores offer baby registry’s with checklists that help make shopping easier and Babies R’ Us is one of those stores. When I had my 2 previous kids I registered at Babies R’ Us and while I don’t think I’ll be having a baby shower this time around, I’ve still started a registry just so I can keep track of the items I need to buy or want. Thankfully setting up a baby registry with Babies R’ Us is an easy, quick, and painless process. You can do so online or in store and once you’ve entered your information the fun begins and you can start adding all the cute baby items you want to your registry. Babies R’ Us even has a pretty sweet promotion going on right now called the Sweetest Deal Registry where if you create a baby registry between now and Nov 15th, 2013 you can get up to $200 back for purchases made from your registry.
How it works is you create your baby registry and anytime someone buys something off your registry Babies R’ Us keeps track of it and 10 weeks after your little ones arrival Babies R’ Us sends you a gift card for 10% of all the items purchased, up to $200. Plus, while in-store, you will also receive additional perks, such as a special welcome package, which includes a Baby Registry Planner with a full checklist of essential items, invitation cards to inform family and friends that you’re registered at Babies“R”Us, a $5 off $25 coupon, product samples and more. I don’t know about you, but this seems like a pretty sweet deal to me. Why not get some extra perks on top of all those gifts you’ll be receiving!
I’ve been shopping like crazy since I found out I was pregnant and while I have a lot of what we’ll need there are still a bunch of essentials like bibs, onesies, socks, and bath products that we’ll need! Bath time is one of my favorite times with baby and here’s a list of my must have items for bath time with a newborn.
1. Summer Infant Bath Tub // 2. Hooded Towels // 3. Baby Wash & Lotion
// 4. Bath Thermometer // 5. Wash Cloths
Luckily newborns and babies are easy when it comes to bath time and you won’t need anything other then these items!
So what’s on your baby registry? Tell me below for the chance to win a $50 Babies R’ Us Gift Card and fill out the rafflecopter form below!

I never had a baby registry, but if I did...I'd request a changing table.
