Healthier Trick-Or-Treat Candy & Snacks from Whole Foods!

Sharing is caring!

I am part of the Whole Foods Ambassador program and have received some of the items in this post.

It’s no secret that Halloween is almost here and while trick-or-treating is fun for the kids, bringing home all that candy isn’t so great. Don’t get me wrong, we love candy in this house and my husband ends up eating a majority of the Halloween candy, but I still dislike having a grocery bag full of the sugary stuff since my 3 year old likes to sneak some when we aren’t looking. As a mom who doesn’t like to feed my child a lot of candy and sweets I always like the houses that pass out treats that aren’t candy and my toddler seems to love them too. She’s always happy to get something else added to her trick-or-treat bag that she can enjoy and I’m happy that it isn’t candy, so stumbling upon the houses with no candy is a big win!

Healthier Trick or Treat Snacks

So in the spirit of Halloween and healthier trick-or-treat options here’s some Halloween candy and treats that live up to the high quality standards of Whole Foods products and don’t have any of the scary stuff like preservatives, tons of sugar, and artificial colors:

  • Annie’s Homegrown Halloween Bunny Grahams – Honey and chocolate whole grain graham cookies made with organic wheat flour in the shape of an adorable bunny. What’s not to love?
  • Endangered Species Chocolate Halloween Treats – Individually wrapped for Halloween, this is premium, shade-grown, ethically traded chocolate that both kids and grown-ups will love.
  • Surf Sweets Spooky Spiders – Made with organic fruit juice, these wiggly gummy spiders come in great tasting blueberry, cherry, lime and tangerine flavors and are frightfully tasty.
  • Snyder’s of Hanover Halloween Pretzel Snack Sacks – These fat-free and sugar-free pretzels are a fun twist on the usual Halloween sweet treat, made in a big bag decorated with a jack-o’-lantern.
