The Series Premiere of Private Lives of Nashville Wives: Recap! #NashvilleWives

Sharing is caring!

This post is sponsored by Private Lives of Nashville Wives. Regardless all opinions are my own!

Last night was the series premiere of TNT’s new show Private Lives of Nashville Wives and I couldn’t wait to tune into a new show. Let’s just say I’m hooked and I can’t wait to see how the series unfolds over the next several weeks.

Private Lives of Nashville Wives

TNT is turning the spotlight on the women of Music City in the new unscripted series Private Lives of Nashville Wives. Premiering February 24th,  Private Lives of Nashville Wives will follow a group of accomplished,  opinionated and driven women–who happen to be married to some of the biggest players in the country music industry–as they deal with professional challenges,  family issues and social relationships. The show will provide an alluring glimpse behind the scenes of one of America’s most unique and vibrant cities.

Let’s meet the cast:

Erika Page is a former model and actress and starred on Days of Our Lives for 5 years. She’s married to Bryan White and is now a devoted stay-at-home mom of two boys, but she’s looking to get back into the business after her hiatus.

Sarah Davidson is married to songwriter Dallas Davidson and is a singer who is determined to rise to fame.

Betty is married to Raul Malo The Mavricks lead singer and song writer. She is Ana’s identical twin.

Ana Fernandez– Fernandez is a single mother of two, and the identical twin to Betty Malo.

Cassie Chapman is married to Christian music artist Gary Chapman. She’s 23 years younger than Chapman and determined to prove that she’s more than just a trophy wife and their love is real.

Jenny Terrell is the vice president at Living Social, is married to JT Terrell, and a mom to a little boy.

Episode 1: Bright Lights, Big City

Against the backdrop of The Music City, six of Nashville’s most prominent women are searching for their place in Southern society. The premiere episode introduces viewers to the wives during the most important week of the year in country music, the CMA Music Festival.

My Thoughts:

I’ve watched other housewives shows and I no longer watch them because they turned into nothing but cattiness, drama, and fighting. I love reality TV, but I would rather see them save the drama for their mama’s. The first episode of Private Lives of Nashville Wives introduces the cast, their spouses, what they do, their families, ect. If you watch reality TV then you know how the 1st episode always goes. In the episode Sarah shows off her gorgeous singing voice and talks about how she wants nothing more then to be a successful singer and I for one am rooting her on. We learn that Ana and Betty are identical twins. They’re adorable, cuban, and HILARIOUS. They had me laughing each time they showed up on my screen and they bicker like me and my siblings do. Jenny is very successful and she shows that woman truly can do it all. She’s a mom and works a lot. She shows that you can have it all, but it’s a lot of work. She’s like the poster woman for working moms and I could related a little to her in trying to find a balance between work and family time. All of the woman seemed down to earth, determined, and drama free. I can’t wait to see where the season takes us and I just pray it doesn’t turn into a typical housewife type show. PLUS it’s based in Nashville, there’s lots of country music and good lookin’ food. Some of my favorite things and during the whole episode I kept thinking about how I need to book our family a trip to Nashville…

Make sure to tune in with me next week – Monday March 3rd at 10/9c on TNT!
