Filling the Gaps in My Health with Nature Made Vitamins and Supplements

Sharing is caring!

I’ve talked about my struggle with eating complete meals before and while I try to eat well balanced meals it just doesn’t happen most days. I usually skip breakfast and grab stuff to go for lunch. Dinner is generally my only full, well balanced meal. To help improve the gaps in my meals I take daily vitamins, especially since our youngest is still nursing.

For my daily routine I take a Multivitamin, Vitamin D since my Dr suggested I take while I’m nursing, and calcium/magnesium combo pill.

I’ve tried a variety of vitamin brands over my life and I always go back to Nature Made. Nature Made is gentle on my stomach. They don’t make me nauseous or sick, they’re easy to swallow, and they’re readily available at Walmart. Since I do a lot of our weekly shopping at Walmart I love being able to pick up my Nature Made vitamins from there when I need to restock. The best part is that they’re part of Walmart’s everyday low prices so I don’t have to wait for a sale to stock up. Plus Nature Made® is the #1 Pharmacist Recommended brand for many key dietary supplement categories*
