We’ve been back to school for a few weeks now and the kids are having a blast, but they’re also looking for new lunchbox ideas that don’t include a sandwich. Since pizza is one of their favorite meals I knew I had to come up with an easy way for them to enjoy pizza while at school and these Pizza Crackers are the perfect solution. With just 3 ingredients and a few minutes you’ll have a delicious lunch for the kiddos that requires almost no effort. They’re also perfect as an after school snack or on game days!
While doing our weekly shopping to stock up on food for the kids lunches and snacks for the week I grabbed a few boxes of RITZ crackers. They’re a family favorite in our home, are so versatile, and affordable. Perfect for PB & J “sandwiches“, S’mores, and making your own Lunchables.
How to make Pizza Crackers
To make your Pizza Crackers you’ll need any type of RITZ crackers, I went with Garlic butter. You’ll also need pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. All you’ll do is place RITZ crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, top with one slice of pepperoni, and sprinkle on some mozzarella cheese.
Broil them on low for just a couple minutes, be sure to watch them because they can burn quickly. Eat them warm or let them cool and store them overnight in the fridge and place in your little ones lunchbox for the next day. They’re also great with pizza sauce to dip in.

My family love pizza and this is a great little snack for after school, when the kids want pizza but it is too close to dinner
