If there’s one thing I hate it’s working out, but it’s finally time to get all this extra baby weight off. Since I had my 4th little one a few months ago I’ve been taking it easy and enjoying her snuggles since she will probably be our last one. I told myself I would just relax and enjoy the first several months and then I would get serious about dropping the extra pounds. Well that time has come and I’ve been dreading it because working out is boring. I love the feeling after a great workout, but I hate getting there.
My favorite machines to use are the treadmill and stationary bike, but what feels like 30 minutes of working out only ends up being 5 minutes and I feel defeated. Has it really only been 5 minutes? Do I really have 25 more to go? What can I do to help make the time pass quicker so I can get this over with. Then I received the Goji Play 2.0 from Blue Goji and my workout life quickly changed, for the better.
The Goji Play 2.0 is a new exercise device that makes working out fun. I never thought I would say that sentence, but I just did and I really mean it. The Goji Play 2.0 is a fun, innovative way to get the family (or just you) off the couch and interacting with one another. The Goji Play can turn a 30-minute workout into what feels like 5 minutes of non-stop fun by fusing video games and working out. The Goji Play 2.0 transforms cardio machines into fun game-playing equipment for all fitness levels and all members of the family (ages 6+).
I love playing videos games, but with all these kids running around it can be hard to find the time to sit down and play them these days, but now I can enjoy playing some fun games while getting my workout on and the Goji Play 2.0 is compatible with my android and IOS devices. The game controls easily attach to the workout handles of cardio machines like an elliptical, treadmill, and stationary bike and once they’re set up you can connect to them via Bluetooth and start playing fun games. You control the games with the buttons on the Goji Play 2.0 and the faster you workout, the quicker your game plays. Goji Play 2.0 has a variety of games from racing, puzzles, boxing, and much much more. Not only is Goji Play 2.0 great at helping me workout, but it’s also great for the kids. With winter upon us there will be a lot of time spent in doors, which means kids not being as active. With the Goji Play 2.0 you can keep them active while they play video games!
