Summer went by so quick and in less than a week our little one is heading back to school. Last year my kids spent a lot of time sick and our daughter missed a bunch of school because of it. It was almost non-stop sick kids for months and it was exhausting. They spent months spreading germs back and forth to each other. This year I’m hoping to lessen the sickness by trying to support their immune systems before school starts with Emergen-C Kidz. The best part is that I’m making them yummy popsicles, that are packed with Vitamin C, that they can enjoy as an after school treat. Everyone loves a good Popsicle and these serve a double purpose, refreshing after a long day and packed with goodness for their little immune systems.

Fruit Punch Popsicles

One of the key ingredients in these Fruit Punch popsicles are Emergen-C Kidz. Designed for kids ages 4-13 Emergen-C* is packed with B vitamins, antioxidants†, electrolytes plus more vitamin C than 10 oranges^. With over 20 flavors, you have plenty of delicious varieties to choose from.*.

For these popsicles you’ll need 3 simple ingredients – Emergen-C Kidz Fruit Punch. I like to pick them up from Walmart and keep a few boxes on hand to give the kids. You can find it in the health and wellness section. Fruit Punch, and fresh fruit. For the fruit you can either dice it up or blend it together with the juice and Emergen-C, but I like to add chunks because the kids love biting into fresh fruit in their popsicles.  For these popsicles I’m using fresh pineapple and raspberries.

Making the popsicles is so easy to do. Take 2 cups of fruit punch, 2 packs of Emergen-C kidz, and 1/2 cup of fresh fruit. Mix the juice and Emergen-C until mixed well. Place the fresh fruit into the popsicle molds, pour juice mix into the molds, place in popsicle sticks, and freeze until frozen. Simple and Easy.
