Gym membership are expensive and finding the time to go is hard. Another draw back is there aren’t any gyms around me. They are all about 15-20 minutes away and I don’t want to drive that far just to work out…
I hate working out, but I know its 1. good for me and 2. helps with losing weight. I know there are millions of DVD’s like Jillian Michaels, Zumba, and P90x, but I wanted something that I could do to help get me back into shape that is easy and required very little extras (like dvd’s, equipment, ect…).
If you pay attention to my facebook posts then you know I am totally addicted to Pinterest! You can find pretty much ANYTHING on there and the fitness department is one of those things. Here are a few in home works outs that not only work, but are quick and easy to do! You might also remember THIS post where I posted some pinterest fitness workouts before.
Remember this when you are wondering WHY you don’t see any changes yet…
You don’t have to do all of them. Just pick one, do it for a week, and then for the next week add more of each exercise or do a totally new one.
I did one of these twice last week and was sore after!

I do the Jillian Micheals Yoga Inferno and it is INTENSE! It reminds me of pilates and has two workouts on it, one with and without extra equipment AND it's just 30 min. long each! im always sore after but it is sooooo worth it :)
