The PMD Personal MicroDerm Device is a hand held at home MicroDerm device. It works just like a professional microderm abrasion treatment without the hassle or cost. The hand-held device uses the same aluminum oxide crystals as the ten thousand dollar machines found at your doctor’s office. It smooths away dead skin cells, diminishing age spots and other signs of aging and also helps treats acne and scarring as well.

You can use the PMD creams and cleaners with the MicroDerm device or you can use your own favorite products.

{Review}

Before you use the at home device you MUST read the pamphlet and watch the DVD so you learn how to properly use the device.

I have use the MicroDerm kit  few times now and it couldn’t be easier to use. Attach your desired disc to the motor shaft, blue for moderate and green for course, place your desired cap over the disc, face or body, screw and seal tight. Wash your face. You need to work with a clean surface free of dirt, oil, and makeup. Also make sure you tie your hair back so it doesn’t get in the way. Pull skin tight for a smooth surface. (Place clean fingers on the skin and stretch the skin so it’s tight where the tip will make contact with the skin.) Keep the unit moving and don’t hover in one spot otherwise you can cause irritation or scabs. Some other helpful tips for after treatment are: Apply a treatment toner to help balance the PH in your skin, Apply a moisturizer or cell renewal lotion or serum, and use sunscreen for at least 3 days after treatment since your skin will be extra sensitive. You should only do treatments once per week.

After just a few uses my skin is soft and glowing. This device is easy to use and works wonders. I have always want to get a Microderm abrasion, but never wants to spend the money. Now I can do it in the comfort of my own home!
