Earth's Best Blogger ProgramSpring break trips with your kids are a wonderful opportunity to spend some quality time with them, away from other daily distractions. A little undivided attention from Mom or Dad can go a long way toward a little person’s happiness.

Here are some fun ideas for car and air travel:

  • Get a good song book with all the lyrics. – It surprising how many songs you think you know to which you really don’t  know all the words. Have a singing marathon and learn the old classics by heart.
  • Rest Stop Athletics – Keep a frisbee or jump rope in the back of your car or van, along with a picnic blanket so when you stop at a rest area, everyone can run and be free and stretch their legs.
  • Pipe Cleaner Creatures – Use fuzzy pipe cleaners to create all kinds of creatures that kids can also use for creative play. This activity can keep kids busy at the airport, on the plane or even when you get to your destination!

One key to easier spring break travel or travel in general is providing your children with quick, portable, mess-free snacks, eliminating the potential of a sticky child stuck for hours in an airplane seat or car seat.

We recently went on a trip to CA and I always bring snacks for the plane ride. On this trip I brought Earth’s Best Sunny Days Snack bars, Organic Yogurt Rice Crisp Bars, and Crunchin’ Crackers. My daugher LOVES the Earth’s Best snacks and I am happy knowing that I am feeding her snacks that are made from organic wheat flour and fortified with calcium, iron, zinc and six B Vitamins. These snacks contain no hydrogenated oil, trans saturated fats, artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, and your children will love them! Trust me, there isn’t an Earth’s Best Snack my daughter has refused!

Earth’s Best products can be purchased at your local grocery store, target, walmart, or online!
