The holidays are the most wonderful time of year for numerous reasons &ndash; but most specifically, because of the fashion options they present. Is there anything more satisfying than pulling out your pea coat or favorite pair of fuzzy ear muffs after months of sandals and shorts? As an avid connoisseur of ladies&rsquo; footwear, I most anticipate the hordes of fall and winter boots the season brings, and the plentiful options I have for accessorizing them. How doesone accessorize boots, you ask? Choose a fun pattern or color to peek-a-boo from underneath your mid-calf boots for a look that&rsquo;s as comfy as it is chic.
