Helping to Boost Our Immune System this Winter with Sambucol Black Elderberry Gummies!

Lately I’ve found myself saying “Wash your hands”, “No sharing”, and “Cover your mouth” a lot when I’m talking to my kids. Kids frequently forget to do those simple tasks and with cold and flu season in high effect this year I’m doing all I can to prevent my kids from getting sick. We do a pretty good job at keeping illnesses to a minimum and a lot of that has to do with keeping germs in check. I’m sure you’re wondering how we do that and I’m here to share a few simple ways.

Frequent hand washing or hand sanitizer. Before any eating our kids are to wash their hands. Their classrooms also have the same rules and they also have to wash hands when they first enter for the day and when they come in from breaks. We’ve seen a huge reduction in illnesses from that simple task alone.

Daily Showers. When the kids come home from school they put their backpacks and jackets away. They take a shower and put on fresh clothes and then can have their snacks, play, or do whatever they want.

Eating a balanced diet and drinking lots of water. Our kids are great eaters and will drink their water, but they’re still kids and want to learn towards junk food. I try to make sure they’re eating right and getting enough fluids so their bodies are getting the nutrition it needs.

Immunity Boosting Supplements. Daily Multi Vitamin, Vitamin C Supplement, and Elderberry Supplement. (see more about Elderberry below)

Sanitizing their personal items and our home. Washing their bedding weekly, sanitizing toys, and wiping down frequently touches surfaces like doorknobs.

Covering when they cough. Making sure they cover when they cough and with the proper way. Do you know the proper way? It’s coughing into your upper sleeve/arm.

No sharing drinks or food.

These are some easy ways I try to keep germ spreading to a minimum in our home and I’ve found that sticking to this has helped our family a lot.

Sambucol Black Elderberry

Black Elderberries have been recognized for centuries for their immune-supportive properties and Sambucol Black Elderberry is the product of nearly 20 years of research, making it
the most extensively researched elderberry product in the world. Developed by a world-renowned virologist, Sambucol Black Elderberry is trusted by millions worldwide.

Black Elderberries are high in flavonoids called anthocyanins, which give the berries their bluish-purple color. These flavonoids have antioxidant properties, and they also have been recorded to have a high oxygen radical absorption capacity (ORAC), which is the scale by which antioxidant activity is measured.* Black Elderberries can be helpful in boosting the immune system.

Sambucol Gummies provide strong immune system support to help you and your family stay healthy throughout the year and can be taken every day for continuous
immune support. Sambucol Black Elderberry Gummies provide the equivalent of over 3.5g of Black Elderberry per serving. This makes two gummies approximately equivalent to one
serving of the Sambucol original syrup! This helps making sure you and your family get the most potent dosage to keep your family healthy.

The great thing about Sambucol Gummies is that they’re appropriate for both adults and children, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Sambucol Gummies contain no artificial flavoring, dairy products, eggs, gelatin, gluten, peanuts, preservatives, wheat or yeast. Sambucol Gummies are pectin-based, (derived from orange peels) which means they won’t stick to your teeth and won’t melt or stick together! Sambucol Gummies contains only 1g of pure cane sugar in each gummy with no artificial flavors or sweeteners.

Looking to add an immunity building supplement to your families routine? You can look for Sambucol products at select Target stores and most drug and grocery stores.
