Flatout 3 point pizza is quick, easy, and a great alternative to regular pizza while being  Weight Watchers® freestyle approved. #Wellness4RealLife #WWSponsored

Low Point Weight Watchers Food

I have several friends who swear by Weight Watchers® and I can see the results from their hard work and dedication on the program. It inspired me to sign up. A “diet” that still allows me to enjoy my favorite foods, but in moderation or healthier alternatives, is a way of eating I want to do. With their new freestyle program it’s easy to enjoy the foods you love while still maintainig a healthier lifestyle. I’ve been slow to get going on the program, but have been making simple changes and have started to see results.

Utilizing the new Freestyle™ program with zero Points® foods and Weight Watchers® products make choosing what you eat easier. You have smart options and flexibility to enjoy more delicious recipes and foods to help you reach your goals. I don’t have to skip out on popcorn with the family, ice cream, or even pizza, because there are low point (and healthier) options available for me to enjoy.

Family movie night with pizza, popcorn, and ice cream would make most run away, but with Weight Watchers products I just make a few small adjustments to what I’m eating and I don’t have to miss out on family night. Switching to JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop® Popcorn endorsed by Weight Watchers® comes in 100 calorie small packs and is only 3 SmartPoints points per serving. The pre-measured packs allow for easy portion control and you don’t have to figure out. Ice cream? They’ve got that covered too with their Weight Watchers® Ice Cream Novelties. Available in the freezer aisle of your local Walmart the individually wrapped ice cream allows for easy portion control, have lower point values than tradition ice cream, and range in point values from 2-4 SmartPoints per servings. That means I could enjoy family night for under 10 SmartPoints with dinner and snacks! Family nights before could have easily been in the triple digits.

To make Flatout Flatbread you’ll take Flatout Light Italian herb flatbread (2 sp), 2oz of fat free mozarella cheese (1 sp), pizza sauce and veggies (0 sp). You could add a meat onto your pizza but a few extra points or grilled chicken for 0. I went with veggies and it came out really tasty. Preheat your oven to 375. Lay your Flatout flatbread onto a baking sheet and spread desired amount of pizza sauce onto flatbread then sprinkle on cheese and top with desired veggies. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and melty.
